Run to Anthropologie!

I took a trip to the mall this weekend
and, ofcourse,
had to stop in my favorite store...
I was so excited to find these little beauties
on clearance for $2.95 each!
(originally $10.00 each)
I got lucky and found EIGHT of them!
Just in time to fix up my bathroom!

(By the way...we're not moving.
click here for the latest on my life haha!)

All of the cabinets in my home are golden oak
and I despise them.
I'm going to paint them white
(starting with the master bathroom)
and then, I'll add these!
I wasn't able to find these drawer pulls/knobs online,
but if you have an
Anthropologie store near you,
you're likely to find them!
(Better hurry though!)

  2. OOOooh I wish I had that store near me. I, too, have cabinets that truly should be painted white, and I need new hardware. Are you going to post your finished cabinet pics'? I'd love to see them.

  6. Hey Destiny! Just perusing The Barn site and found you! I LOVE all things vintage and anthropologie! I read that you are painting your oak cabinets...I too have these hideous things all through my house! I painted our kitchen cabinets last year a parchment white with an antique toner and LOVE the finished product...the link to the company I used is below. This paint is great because you can use it over anything! I didn't have to do any sanding, I just started painting! I did sand and distress after painting because I wanted a shabby look. I also used their black color to paint over a table I got at the barn! The top was oak and it looks amazing and vintage now...it's our kitchen table.

I found your blog through The Barn website.
I love it!! I will be up in Colorado next month and plan to visit The Barn. My brother-in-law has shopped there before and knew I would LOVE it.... He was right, lol!!
I can't wait. I have a booth down here in Texas just north of Houston and plan on selling at Round Top in the fall. Pretty excited and kind of nervous about that!!
